Thank you for visiting our blog and for your interest in the 63rd street mural project.

A steering committee to replace the mural met last Tuesday, Sep. 18th. We have 10 incredibly passionate members and would love some help from the community to help realize this project.

The group has partitioned itself into subgroups interested in:

  • recruiting artists, soliciting designs, working with the community to make decisions on the art itself
  • website, social media (to be managed by chair Vedada Sirovica)
  • fundraising, marketing
  • working with the city on the various requited permits
  • completing the grant application by October 8 (already in progress)

If you would like to take part in any of our efforts, please reach out and let us know!

Email the chair with any questions or concerns: N63rdStreetMural@gmail.com
